Hotfix for VSD!

I've made a few changes to the VSD that fix a problem which would returning ships not land correctly or even crash into the hull. The problem should be fixed now.

UPDATE: the new version is now also available at XWAU, or you can get it from here!

Now for some good news though!

Yet another XWAU Release!

Darksaber and Master Qui-Gon have released an upgraded version of the Legendary Firespray, better known as Slave 1. This great piece of work comes with flightgroup colors and different weapon configurations to choose! Besure to get the latest version of it from Darksaber's X-Wing Station!

Two releases within a week, not bad, i say! With the release of the Luxury Yacht, the XWA Upgrade Project welcomes its newest member, Master Qui-Gon. Welcome aboard, Qui-Gon!

Dhilani Fighters Fix available!

There was a problem with the Dhilani Fighter Pack that confused the two fighters' skirmish pics. Thanks to Darksaber there's now an update that fixes this issue.

Finally the long awaited first trailer for the up coming final Star Wars Movie, Episode III:Revenge of the Sith has started broadcasting in cinemas and for Hyperspace members on the Official Site. And MAN, it's HOT!

New XWAU Re-Release!

By popular demand the XWA Upgrade Project has released upgraded versions of Matt's Star Destroyers, now featuring destroyable weapon meshes, provided by Darksaber.

Order of the Sith recruits Dave Prowse!

It's hard to believe, but Marcus Lewis, the creator and director of Order of the Sith has now been able to cast no body lesser than Dave Prowse aka. Darth Vader for his incredible Fanfilm! This now makes a total of three original SW cast members. I'm curious whom' he'll recruit next! :)

Some good news of different Matter: Ol, head of the TFTC and Creator of the Order of the Sith XWA Campaign will celebrate his wedding this Saturday.

TBP Site Design Update!

New Release: Dhilani Fighters Double Pack!

And here we go again! Another double pack, the Dhilani Nemesis Swarm Fighter and the Dhilani Vampire Elite Fighter are now available for DOWNLOAD!

On a sidenote: The installer will ask you to choose the slot for the Dhilani Nemesis, as the 'final' slot(for the final project release) is a different one than the current one(40) used for this release. Note that by installing the Nemesis into the final slot you will overwrite any craft installed in slot 34(TIE Phantom, Victory Mk2, etc.). OK, enough warnings

Fixed: Patriot Frigate Double Pack!

Ok, thanks to Darksaber here is a UCP compatibility fix for the Patriot Frigates Pack, which will fix the issues occuring with the UCP1.1 installed. And don't worry, preparation are made for the time, when the UCP v2 comes out :)

Playing around with the Dhilani Nemesis I came across a pretty nice design for an advanced Dhilani attack fighter. And there we go - the Dhilani Nemesis steps in as the Dhilani's fiercest starfighter.

I was pretty dissatisfied with the lack of detail and especially the high grade of repetivity of the UP Hangar, so I made a few updates to the model. I'm not entirely done with it yet, so you can probably expect updates soon! :)

DTM has releasd two new OPTs. The famous Acclamator-Class Cruiser mad famous in Episode II, and the Republic-Class Star Destroyer, which is partially considered the real(if late) successor to the Victory-Class. Check out those great pieces at MTD Industries, while it's still up!

Yes, finally it's official: The Official Site has announced the title of George Lucas' latest strike:

Not too bad I think, a lot better than the two previous ones. Let's hope the same goes for the movie itself!!

New Release from MTD Industries

DTM has releasd a new great looking OPT, the Colonial viper MkII from Battlestar Galactica. Although only available as Base version, this ship looks really amazing Along with a small but nice site update he has also updated his progress on the great Episode 2 Acclamator Cruiser. New Imperial Combat Chamber

Michal from the Czech X-Wing Series Site and Darsaber have yet released another amazing imperial conversion to the general XWA frontend: The Combat Chamber to replace the standard simulator room. Along with this release Darksaber has updated all three imp-style conversions adding a fix to the installation and backup routine.

New Release: Planet Hedrec!

Hot'n sticky! The exotic planet Hedrec is completely covered by an ocean of lava. Furious fountains rise many hundered meters into the air and give the planet a rather sun-like look. However, closer looks will uncover small mounts on the surface - access tunnels built by hand, leading into the planet's inside - a huge dome of rock.

Big News from Order Of the Sith:

The probably most popular fanfilm project in the X-Wing community, Order of the Sith by Michael 'Trespasser' Lewis has got unexpectedly prominent reinforcements from two members of the classic Star Wars cast:

Michael Sheard also known as the famous Admiral Ozzel, has volunteered to participate in the film. But as this wasn't enough, Jeremy Bullock well known as the famed and feared bounty hunter Boba Fett is also within the cast with a for now unrevealed role. If this goes on like that, ... damn!

Imperial Icons Pack v2

Ol from the TIE Fighter Total Conversion has released a new patch that replaces most of the rebel-style icons in XWA with more 'imperialish' ones. Great work, Ol!

Internal news

Although real life now takes up a bigger part of my free time as it did before, I'm still making some major progress on various 'critical' OPTs. Also, in the next few weeks, I'll redo the entire site completely - no visible changes but quite some code cleaning up. Heh, and with a bit of luck I might hit the 5000 posts mark on June 15, what'll make it 5000 unique hits within exactly 5 months :)

I've made another and hopefully final update to the Bricera Surface. This new version is even more updated than the v2 version. I've heavily increased the complexity of the cave system, fixed some more bad faces and tweaked some more textures. There are now some nice, almost romantic places hidden in the caves, like an underground lake ...

Big Content Update!

There we go again. The Blue Phantom Project has been updated again. The biggest change has been made to the Locations section, as I've added about a dozen new worlds and other lcoations.

Also, there's a new section dealing with the Terminology that is used in the story/project. Along with that there are several other updates to the other sections as well.

So, what else, oh yes!

Mega-Site Update: Blue Phantom Project

The TBP Project site has experienced a huge revamp. Not only I got rid of that old design (was pretty buggy) I also now have all the aspects in the site I usually wanted - tons of information about the ships, the characters, the story, the locations and other cool stuff.

From now on I wil not only update the OPT WIPs but every now and then add new stuff to the other aspects

Big OPTs Update!

Raptor Frigate v1.1:

I have added a LOD and updated a few stats(Fire range increased etc) Due to popular request this version will come as ZIP file including the OPT and SHP files.

Dragonfly v1.2:

The model now has a LOD as well along with a few slight texture fixes and updated stats.

Now, now! The Blue Phantom Project is slowly taking shape! This is the first Capital ship for download. The Raptor Frigate is amedium sized combat frigate that - Fast and agile but still heaviarmed - is capable of both escort and assault missions.

Welcome to my new Site!

I've copletely redesigned the entire site layout. The Blue Phantom Project is now a sub-section of this site separated from my other work. The ShiCon Dynamics R&D Facility is a new section, dedicated to all the OPTs not related to the TBP Project.
